Update August 1st 2022: 
That’s all folks! All 500 bottles bottles sold. That’s probably the end of the line for this product due to difficulties getting such small batches manufactured in China, shipped to Ireland for quality control and then sold and shipped globally.
Maybe things will change in 2023, but for now its definitely the last batch for quite some time.

Update May 4th 2022: 
Current batch all sold out. Will update once we know more about the next shipment.

Update May 2nd 2022: 
A new small batch has arrived and we are testing the resin to make sure it’s still to out specifications. Will go up for sale shortly.

Update April 12th 2021: 
Latest batch(and I think last for many months due to the pandemic and manufacturing and shipping from China) all sold out(125 1KG bottles).

That’s all folks! All bottles sold. Next stock will be February/March 2021 at the earliest.

Update November 26th 2020: 
There have been some delays with our LithoResin order from China. But it looks like it will now arrive and be in stock by Monday 30th Nov 2020.

Update November 3rd 2020: 
We’re still expecting another shipment to arrive sometime around November 11th. But, this will be the last one until at least March/April next year. With the global pandemic its getting very hard to get these shipped out of China and the manufacturer we use also makes resin for some of the larger brands, so we’re very low on their priority list. It’s also more complex to make Gadunky LithoResin compared to standard photopolymer resins and this doesn’t help when we ask them to run a batch for us.

In the future we may just stop making it and release a recipe for people to mix together at home to get something close to the results of LithoResin.

Stock Update October 2nd 2020: 
We’ll have stock coming in on October 15th 2020. Initially there will be 100 500g and 100 1000g bottles made available on the site.

 

This is a very low odour resin that we’ve developed purely with printing lithophanes in mind. It will work in any 405nm based 3D printer and provides a lot more contrast and detail that standard resins. It’s initially creamy grey in colour(in liquid form), with that changing to a more off-grey/cream when printed(there are some tricks you can use to make it extra creamy white and less grey if desired). When backlit the resin really shows off what it can do. Use a warm white light and you will get a lovely blaze style effect(similar to our Blaze style printed using standard 3D printer filament). If you use a cold white light it will not look warm at all, and give a nice black and white style. Both the hot and cold looks will have a lot more contrast and detail than standard 3D printer resin(examples below).

Printing Setting: Bottom Exposure: 35-45s (max 25s on printers with monochrome LCD’s). Normal Exposure: 6-10s (2.5-3.5s on printers with monochrome LCD’s). Tested on the Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k, Elegoo Saturn, Elegoo Saturn S, Elegoo Mars, Elegoo Mars Pro, Elegoo Mars 2 Pro, Elegoo Mars 3, Anycubic Photon, Photon S, Photon Mono, Photon Ultra and EPAX X1, X10, E10 and X156.
